Language in Motion works very hard to “walk the walk”. We are extremely proud to be able to share the following statistics for 2020:

• 99.3% of all requests in the Louisville market were filled. (The numbers are slightly lower for areas where we are building capacity.)
• 90% of those requests were filled with nationally certified interpreters.
• 100% of requests were filled with interpreters who met state and/or customer qualifications.
• We gained 37 new customers this year, many of those through word-of-mouth or direct Deaf request.
• 99% of emergency requests had an interpreter on site within 1 hour.

We have had very similar statistics for the past 3 years. We are growing, but maintaining our vision for Language in Motion to be an ethical, reliable, and excellent interpreting agency.
