What are your business hours?
We are available by phone 24/7. We have a qualified interpreter on call around the clock in case of emergencies. That being said, if it’s not an emergency, we appreciate you calling during the regular “business day”.
What do I need to do to get an interpreter?
Brand new customers: Welcome! First, take a look at our contract. Once you feel you understand the billing policies and procedures, sign the contract with your mouse and submit. You should then be redirected to our request page. Fill out the information requested and submit the form. Or, if you prefer, give us a call. Once we receive those two items, we’re ready to get to work finding a great interpreter for your request. We’ll be in touch with any questions. Once we have scheduled an interpreter, you should receive a confirmation email with the interpreter’s name.
How much notice do you need?
We prefer as much notice as possible! The more notice we have, the choosier we can be about who we send and make sure it’s a great fit. However, we also love to be your hero! We have a 99% fill rate and many of our jobs are last minute. We will do our absolute best to get an interpreter on site no matter the time frame.
I’m an established customer, how do I make a request?
We like to make this as easy as possible! Want to call? Great! Email? Sure! Use our scheduling system? Absolutely. Carrier Pigeon? Ok, that might be a stretch.
Will you sign a BAA?
We’re glad to sign a BAA. No problem.
How do I pay?
After the job is complete, you will receive an invoice. We generally send invoices via email. You can pay via credit card or mail a check. We have also set up ACH payments with some customers. This is another area we like to make as easy as possible. We appreciate your prompt payment!
