Language in Motion is owned and operated by Molly Howard, a nationally certified ASL Interpreter. Molly is assisted in this endeavor by fellow nationally-certified ASL interpreter, Sherri McGannon. Molly and Sherri work diligently around the clock to ensure the Deaf community’s needs are met with qualified interpreters. We work with a skilled team of interpreters.

Molly opened Language in Motion in 2014. Since then, LIM has grown and thrived thanks, in most part, to direct requests from Deaf community members and business recommendations. It’s the highest compliment when a Deaf community member trusts our agency enough to request us or a business refers us to another business.

We have proudly been providing ASL services to a growing number of businesses in Louisville and surrounding areas.  Many medical centers in the area have turned to us to improve the services they provide in their facilities. In most cases, we have been able to have someone on site within one hour in emergency situations. These services have greatly reduced the amount of wait time a Deaf person experiences at medical facilities. We work closely with facilities to ensure our interpreters meet the requirements in place by the Joint Commission, HIPAA, ADA, or other state and federal regulations.
